VeriPrime™ is a member-owned federation of cooperatives that was founded in 2003.
We offer a prevention-based food quality and safety program that assures consumers, participants, governmental and non-governmental purchasing organizations beef products that have passed a rigorous set of scientific protocols targeting E. coli contaminants.
We track and verify the proper implementation of these food safety protocols every step along the food supply chain.

The VeriPrime™ Food Safety System presently targets E. coli 0157:H7 in beef, and expand to include leafy greens and other foods, and Salmonella in chicken, pork and other foods.
The system not only tackles old problems, it also can help the food industry avoid new ones.
